Initially at the time of ordering you choose your basic size, i.e. your bust size. If your bust measurements are within our size range, we know that the lingerie you choose will will do the job. Then, after ordering, we send you an e-mail asking for the exact additional measurements. From the moment you buy your underwear, we will keep you informed of the sewing stages of your
order. You can expect emails such as:

Is every model of underwear sewn to size?
Yes, we sew each model individually. During the sewing process it is important that several several parameters match. For example, the cup, body length and width. All this will ensure that the lingerie fits tightly to the body and fulfils its purpose. This is why it is so important to collect the correct measurements. Does the body have slimming function?
Our bodysuit does not have a slimming function. The cut of the back to the buttock line makes it impossible, for example, to pull the fabric down over the abdomen. In cases where you want to achieve such an effect effect, we recommend that you consider purchasing slimming briefs and wearing them under the bodysuit.

How to properly put on the bodysuit?
The bodysuit is a product that needs to be adjusted to your body by means of appropriate
adjustment of the upper and lower straps and the fastening at the crotch.
With this in mind, we have prepared

How to insert push-up into a bowl?
Our push-up has an additional velcro attachment. This allows you to attach the push-up to the the tunnel in the cup (bottom, part of the cup) and not worry about it moving. The push-up can help in situations, when you are ordering wedding lingerie and are worried about whether you will accidentally lose weight and the cup will be empty. It's also useful when you want to emphasise your bust more.
What to do if underwear does not fit? Is it possible to match?

Can I return underwear How, for example, does it not match my dress?
You have 14 working days to return underwear that has been sewn to your measurements but without modifications you have 14 working days from the day you receive the package. You can also use the automatic return which will speed up the whole process -> Returns of purchases. A modification is a change in the design of the underwear, e.g. deepening of the the cut-out on the back, replacement of regular panties with thongs.
Can instead of full figs to make thongs?
Yes of course, we can make thongs instead of figs, but this causes a modification, which makes it impossible for you to return. You then only have the option of exchange or adjustment. Therefore, a better option is to order a standard bodysuit sewn to your measurements. Then, when you receive the shipment, check that everything fits, then send the bodysuit back to us and ask us to make it into a thong.

The main difference between the two underwear models is the number of seams, which has a significance on the unstitching of the underwear under a dress/blouse. The Unique Individuality body has only one seam on the side which makes it ideal for use under dresses made of delicate materials such as silk, viscose, satin. Impossible Love, on the other hand, has an additional 2 seams that fit on the sides of the tummy. Which makes this bodysuit can be worn under dresses that are made of thicker materials. This bodysuit emphasises the silhouette.
What is difference between Magic Perfection a Emotional Gravity?

Is hard cups have push-up? How thick are they?
The cups, which are made to order for us, are 2 mm thick over the entire surface. We tried to make them as thin as possible, plus they hold the bust well. Not have a built-in push-up. If you need one you can purchase one in the "Accessories" tab.
Do you have sales or discount codes?
Sometimes there are sales in our Facebook group: Uncovered Backs #odiscoveredbacks. We then sell out samples whose price is 40% less than the shop price. With regard to, that the product is made-to-measure we do not have discount codes and we do not do promotions.

We currently ship our products to every country in the EU. In the future, we plan to expand our shipping range.
