Take a measurement at the widest point of your chest by measuring from the centre of your sternum (horizontally towards your armpit) in a straight line to the end of your breast. If you have irregular breasts, give us the measurement of this larger breast.
To choose a bra size strictly measure the circumference just under the bust and use our chart to find the right size. As the bra may stretch slightly during washing, it is important to choose a bra that is comfortable at the centre fastening. This will ensure that any alterations you make will not make it necessary to replace your bra.
To choose your cup size, measure the circumference at the widest point, remembering not to measure too closely and to measure yourself in a soft bra. Each cut has a slightly different shape and only putting it on will guarantee that you will be happy wearing it later. The cup must not be too small and it is better to buy a bra with a smaller circumference but a larger cup, e.g. instead of a 75 C - try to choose a 70 D. The end of the underwire must always point to the centre of the armpit - it must not be on the bust or behind the bust. The cup must fit snugly around the entire breast. To measure the length of the front, you should be upright. This measurement is taken from the line under the bust to the crotch according to the picture shown. The tape measure should be held parallel to the body in a straight line.Important!!! Do not wrap the tape measure in your crotch. To make it easier you can put a ruler between your legs to determine where to measure to.
Measure the waist circumference at the narrowest point of the torso. Remember not to push out or pull in your abdomen.
Measure the circumference of the hips at the widest point of our bottom, checking carefully that the centimetre does not move. It is a good idea to stand to the side and look in the mirror. It is important to remember that hip circumference is not the same as hipbone circumference. These are measured exactly where they "stick out", so this circumference is much smaller than the circumference of the hips normally.
