Delivery time

Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Once we have received payment approval, we will begin processing it and you will be kept informed of our progress.

TIME DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING THE PACKAGE = dispatch date + delivery time

The dispatch date is based on the availability of the products and the selected payment method, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you have chosen.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Next to each product there is a deadline which describes when the products can be dispatched by us - from 2days to several weeks (in the case of products made to individual measurements). The products marked as "2 days" are the assortment which is in our studio in Gdynia and which we dispatch as soon as the funds are credited to our bank account. Any other status of a product means that it is on order. In this case, the waiting period is approximate and depends on many factors over which we may have no control.

We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website corresponds to the actual stock, however, it may happen that the actual delivery time is prolonged - we will inform you of this immediately.

If you order more than one product, the shipping time for the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time. It is possible to complete your order in stages - to do so, please contact us or enter a note to this effect in the comments to your order.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Electronic payment (Visa. Mastercard, Maestro, Polish transfers) - the most convenient and very fast way to complete your order. During working hours, funds will usually be transferred to our account immediately.

Payment by bank transfer - the processing time of the order depends on the moment the payment is credited. Depending on the bank, this normally takes up to two working days.

FORM OF DELIVERY

For reasons of safety and efficiency, we use the services of courier companies, the Polish Post Office and InPost parcel machines. Such forms of dispatch enable us to deliver your order within 1-4 working days from the moment of dispatch.
