BUY underwear in 3 easy steps

STEP 1 - SELECTION

STAGE 1
Choose an underwear model. If you are not sure which model to choose - zeknija tu. Still in doubt -> write to us or take a look at FAQ - the most frequently asked questions by our female customers.

STAGE 2
Check out whether your bust size fits into our size range -> size chart. This is an important stage, because in the table we have included the sizes we have tested, in terms of holding the bust.
Already know your size? Great! Proceed to the order process. If you still have doubts write to us.

STEP 2 - ORDER

STAGE 1
You order the underwear model of your choice in our shop.

STAGE 2
After ordering, you will receive an email from us confirming your order.
Important!!! After this email we will send you another message requesting additional dimensions. We need them to fit the lingerie model of your choice exactly to your body. Measure yourself exactly according to the directions -> zeknija tu . A very important issue for us is the length of the torso, as this dimension gives us confidence that the bodysuit will hold the bust properly.

STAGE 3
We send the measurements we receive from you to the studio. If we miss something we will let you know! The construction and sewing process will take us between 10 and 14 working days. In the meantime, we'll send you an email as we start cutting and sewing the lingerie for you.

STAGE 4
When the order will be ready, you will receive a message from us.

STAGE 5
After the parcel is collected by courier or placed in a parcel machine. You will receive a consignment number from our carrier "Furgonetka" by email.

STEP 3 - RECEIPT OF ORDER

STAGE 1
When the parcel will reach you, try on underwear as indicated and check that everything is lying correctly.

STAGE 2
If it turns out that our underwear does not fit to your creation, then you can return, exchange or fit within 14 days. Remember to include in your package return/complaint card. Use this line to make an automatic return.

When underwear requires amendments it's do in it photo (front, back and side - fastened as instructed - preferably the tightest at the crotch on the last hook) and e-mail us. According to the photos and the information collected by phone or email - we will sew a new model with corrections.

STAGE 3
We look forward to receiving your feedback, which is at a premium for us. We will send you a request for feedback to the email you provided during the order process, a few days after the package has been dispatched.
