By far the majority of us have a weakness for deep necklines. The fashion industry is now being kind to all women in this case, even with small breasts. Even small breasts can look feminine and sensual in a dress that shows a little more at the front. The problem, however, is the lingerie, whose attempts to hide under such a style often end in failure. You don't have to give up deep cleavage ...and neither does lingerie.
What are the necklines?
The neckline, but of course the one that is perfectly tailored to the figure, can emphasise a woman's assets, highlight what is important and at the same time allow a woman to feel really special. There are many different necklines, so you can choose the clothes that suit you best and that you simply feel good in. So what types of necklines do we have?
- Round neckline - A classic that often appears in typical t-shirts and sportswear. It optically enlarges the bust.
- Heart neckline - The shape is reminiscent of a heart and is characteristic of formal dresses.
- Notch neckline - which is a square that perfectly emphasises slender shoulders.
- Boat neckline - Exposes the shoulders and optically shortens the upper body.
- Built-in neckline - does not reveal too much, in fact only the neck
- Envelope neckline - Elegant, it appears in evening wear, but also in business casual. The fabric sections in such a neckline overlap.
- Water neckline - is characterised by collecting material arranged in a water wave.
There are many more types of necklines, these are the most popular ones. And which neckline is best to choose when you have a small or large bust?
What kind of neckline for a large bust?
Are women with large breasts lucky? They can be envied for their curves, although they themselves do not always see their large bust as an asset. If you have a large bust, choose necklines that optically elongate your neck. These include square, U and V necklines. An enveloping neckline will also work well.
What kind of neckline with a small bust?
Do you have small breasts? Perhaps you would like to optically enlarge it? Then choose clothes with a round, U-shaped or heart-shaped neckline. You can also opt for a boat neckline. A small bust does not mean you have to give up on deep necklines either... quite the opposite!
Deep cleavage - is it falling out or is it for me....
For a long time, there was a belief that deep necklines were only for women with larger breasts. In the further past, on the other hand, it was believed that there was a punishment in hell awaiting the brave ladies for such styles. Fortunately, those times are gone and today deep cleavage is loved by gentlemen and ladies alike, with a reciprocation to the fairer sex of course.

Deep necklines, however, are still considered bold yet feminine, sensual and striking. They emphasise assets, but also change proportions if necessary. With a deep neckline we lengthen the neck, we can hide a small bust and emphasise a beautiful cleavage and shoulders. For example, the American neckline, usually with a tie at the neck, is more often recommended for women with small and medium breasts.
Is this kind of neckline appropriate in every situation? We certainly show more with it, which is not conducive to all circumstances. A deep neckline is better left for evenings out with a partner or friends, parties and weddings, New Year's Eve madness and holiday parties.
If you like to explore your body in an elegant way (as we do), then you know that even the most beautiful styling can be spoilt by inappropriate matching underwear. Visible bra does not look good and the deep neckline loses its charm.
When is deep cleavage?
Deep cleavage is not for everyone, as not every woman likes to expose her assets in a bolder way...and that's ok. You just have to feel good about your body and the style you choose. In fact, deep necklines can be worn by women with small and large breasts. The key is that the bra should properly gather and support large breasts and optically enlarge small ones. Then the deep neckline will look really attractive.
However, remember the circumstances. It is not appropriate to wear clothes with a deep neckline in every situation. For work, business meetings, school or university, it's hardly the best idea.
No bra with deep cleavage. Surely this is a good idea?
Since she doesn't look her best in her favourite dress with a deep neckline, the easiest thing to do is just get rid of it. Why not do this in every case? A bra plays a very important role...and not just one. It supports the bust, which women with larger breast sizes appreciate. It can also enlarge it, which is possible thanks to push-up models. It gives it shape and makes it look better. In blouses and dresses made of light, less opaque material, it hides the intimate areas that we do not want to show off to the whole world.
This is precisely why it is important to find an alternative to the classic bra before getting rid of it completely. The bust simply may not look good without it. Moreover, with its larger size, there is a risk of back pain due to the lack of adequate support. This is not only an issue of aesthetics, but also of health.

Why deep cleavage? And why a bra?
Well, why do we pay so much attention to necklines? It significantly determines the style and silhouette. It hides flaws (under- or over-sized bust) and emphasises assets (beautiful curves, shapely breasts). The type of neckline also influences the type of styling and its character - whether it is elegant and more formal or perhaps casual or even sporty.
OK, what about a bra? Regardless of the type of neckline, it is not worth giving it up. It is what will make your neckline look good. Plus, your bust will thank you for it, because it will have the right support.
So, the optimal solution is a well-fitting neckline to the figure and a well-fitting bra to the bust and styling.
Not every underwear is up to the challenge....
...which is not to say that there isn't one! With deep necklines, it is important to simultaneously conceal the lingerie, emphasise the bust and provide proper support. Typical bras, due to their design, are not suitable for dresses and blouses with a large front cut-out. Even a bardot will be visible with a deep V-shaped neckline.
Lingerie for high necklines, or what kind of lingerie?
For cut-out necklines, a special bodysuit also with a large cut-out at the top will therefore work best. An example is the bodysuit Impossible Love. It has padded cups supporting the bust well, at the same time they are not connected in the classic way. Between them there is a deep cut-out, which is delicately connected at the height of the sternum by a transparent silicone neckline connector. An additional advantage of this model is also the deep cut-out on the back. It is therefore ideal for dresses with deep necklines and cut-out backs. Similar lingerie patents are used in the model Unique Individuality. Bodies are also available in flesh-coloured, dedicated specifically to brides.
Plunging necklines have stolen our hearts, and we know that yours will too. They accentuate the curves beautifully, so they also need perfectly fitting lingerie - discreet, with a cut-out at the front and shaping the bust. Nothing is impossible for us women.
