Don't like built-up panties? Would you like extra cut-outs? Or maybe you need some design changes in addition to that? Of course, we have a simple recipe for that: write to us! We have our own atelier, original designs and unlimited imagination. If only the maths will allow us to do so, we can tentatively say: we can implement your idea!

- When one client wrote to us that the cream bodysuit was showing under her transparent gown, we knew straight away that she needed something more subtle. So we created a unique version in delicate, transparent mesh. The result? The bodysuit literally melted into her skin, creating an invisible base that made the whole look spectacular on her big day.
- Another client sent us photos of her wedding dress design, asking for a bodice with additional cut-outs that would work perfectly with the design of the creation. We accepted the challenge wholeheartedly and created a model tailored to her needs. The result was so successful that we will soon introduce it to the regular collection.

Why so long!
Why does it take as long as two weeks to implement?
If you have just found out that lead time is a minimum of 14 days, you may feel that this is a long time (especially when a wedding or important event is fast approaching). The lead time is a result of the fact that each piece is made by hand and is worked on with attention to detail: from the girth, to the cups, to the final finishing touches. However, before you think you won't make it in time, email us!
You may hit a “window” in orders and we may be able to sew something for you at the last minute. We are very flexible and are happy to flex our calendar for you. Choose your model and write to us.

For the sake of tidiness, we have collected all the most important information on customer service issues below.
- Implementation deadline:
Next to each product there is a deadline which describes when the products can be dispatched by us - from 2days to several weeks (in the case of products made to individual measurements). The products marked as "2 days" are the assortment which is in our studio in Gdynia and which we dispatch as soon as the funds are credited to our bank account. Any other status of a product means that it is on order. In this case, the waiting period is approximate and depends on many factors over which we may have no control. - simple returns for up to 14 days - here we have described the entire process in detail for you.
- gift orders - We recommend vouchers that allow the recipient to go through the process of measuring and fitting the product themselves. Vouchers can be ordered here.
- free delivery for orders over £500.
