Why is opinion polling important?
You know, any brand that wants to move forward needs to know its customers. It sounds obvious, doesn't it? But when it comes down to it, it's not so simple anymore. How do you get to really know them? How do you find out what they want, what annoys them, what keeps them coming back for more? Well, that's where Pamela, the strategy expert, comes in, and during our conversation she emphasised how important a step in building Bouduar's new strategy was to research feedback, i.e. to understand you - our female customers - on a deeper level.
"The aim of the feedback survey was to find a new way forward for Bouduar. We not only wanted to see if our ideas made sense, but also to better understand the needs and expectations of your female customers," Pamela explained.
And so it began. Our research wasn't just reviewing trends and analysing the competition - although we did that too - but more importantly, we talked. We talked to you, our customers, and this is where the magic happened.
Talking to clients: invaluable knowledge
For us, what really matters most is the honest feedback from our real female customers, who have taken the time to check us out and are already using the products. Pamela mentioned how special the experience was:
"I was surprised at how openly the ladies spoke about their experiences. This wasn't a standard opinion survey where people answer 'because they have to'. Bouduar's clients engaged wholeheartedly."
One of the biggest discoveries was how important the fit of the lingerie is. When surveyed, customers said that it was the precise workmanship and perfect fit that made Bouduar underwear their favourite.
"Your underwear is underwear for special tasks," we heard from one customer. "It can be worn under the most demanding clothes, and even if something sticks out somewhere, it looks beautiful."

Opinion poll conclusions and big surprises
Some of the results of the opinion poll really surprised us. For example: the process of ordering lingerie. We thought it might be difficult for our female customers - after all, it requires measurements and an exact fit. But it turned out to be quite the opposite.
"Clients stressed that everything on the website was clear and the whole process was seamless. This was amazing information for me, as I always wanted it to be easy, but I didn't expect such positive feedback," I said during the interview.
What's next? New ideas and products
Well, what's next? Based on this research, we started to come up with ideas of what else we could do to make our customers' lives easier - and more enjoyable, of course. One such idea that really excites me is the 'Send Your Dream' function. Imagine: you can suggest to your partner the lingerie you'd like to get - with detailed instructions on sizing and personalisation. Sounds good, doesn't it? Such a little convenience for both parties.
We are also working on something that many people are already looking forward to from us - a line of erotic lingerie. But rest assured, we won't be going for any kitsch vibes here. As Pamela said, 'sensual and comfortable' are the two words we want to be our foundation. Because why can't one have both? Erotic lingerie should be beautiful, but also comfortable enough that you feel good in it, not like you're wearing some rental dress.

And then we have something else - dresses! But not just any dresses, because they match our underwear perfectly. We were inspired by the yellow dress from the film 'How to lose a boyfriend in 10 days'. - remember it? A dress with an open back accompanied by a perfectly matched bra. Yes, that's exactly what we want to do - sets that work together. And seriously, we're already working on it.
Education, podcasts and workshops
Bouduar is more than just lingerie. We want it to be a place that inspires, educates and empowers. We have workshops, podcasts and trainings planned that will touch on topics such as relationships, sexuality or simply - confidence.
"It's not just about having beautiful lingerie. It's about knowing how to enjoy life, build relationships and be good to yourself," is how I put it in the interview, and I seriously, strongly believe that.
These will be things that not only add knowledge, but also some inspiration. Because each of us deserves to stop and think about ourselves sometimes.
Opinion polls as the foundation of the future
The interview with Pamela was another reminder to us of the immense value of surveying our female customers. It's thanks to you that we can make changes that make sense. We are planning further surveys - we want to know what your shopping path looks like, what suits you and what could be improved.
"We are committed to making our customers' lives even easier and creating things that really suit their needs," - Pamela emphasised.
Continuous brand development
But we don't just stop there. We are also thinking about product tests, prototypes and collaborations with designers and people who have an original style. Imagine small collections - drops - that are truly unique, tailor-made to your expectations.
And you? How can we inspire you?
Bouduar is a place created for you. If you have ideas about what you would like to hear about in our podcasts, what products you would like to see in shop or what could be improved - speak up. We are here to listen and act.
Thank you for taking part in our research. It is because of you that Bouduar is not just a brand, but a community that celebrates femininity, comfort and beauty. We are proud to be part of your world. ❤️
